These terms apply when you use Sathi. We have tried to write them in plain language.
Sathi is not a medical device
This is the most important thing on this page. Sathi records what you tell it and shows you patterns in your own data. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent anything, and its predictions are estimates from your own history.
Do not use Sathi as contraception. The fertile window it shows is an estimate, not a method of birth control, and it is wrong often enough to matter.
If something about your health worries you, speak to a clinician. If it is urgent, seek emergency care — do not wait for the app to tell you anything.
Your account
You can use Sathi without an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it.
Subscriptions
- Tracking is free and does not expire.
- Sathi Pro is sold through the App Store. Apple takes the payment, so billing, renewal and refunds are handled under Apple’s terms — we never see your card.
- Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
- Prices are shown in your own currency before you buy.
Your data is yours
You own what you log. You can export it or delete it at any time from Settings → Privacy & Data, and both are free. See the privacy policy for what we do and do not hold.
Using Sathi fairly
Please do not:
- Try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
- Use it to store or send anything unlawful.
- Resell access or present it as your own product.
Availability
The app is offline-first and keeps working without us. Backup, reports and sync depend on our servers, and we do not promise those are available without interruption.
Ending it
You can stop using Sathi and delete your data whenever you like. We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the service or break these terms.
